‘No Smoking’ Policy
For your safety and comfort, St Johns Centre is a ‘No Smoking Environment’. There is a designated smoking area located on Café Giardino's outdoor balcony.

Accessibility
St Johns has three escalators, steps, a ramp and two lifts which means easy access to either Mall whether by foot, wheelchair or mobility scooter.

Car Park
There is parking available for over 350 cars in the well-lit (24 hour) NCP car park, which provides easy access into the Centre.

Cash Points
You will find 2 cash machines located on the Upper Mall near to 4 Sight Opticians. Here you can withdraw money from most banks and building societies.

Passport Photo Booths
We have a passport photo booth located on the Upper Mall next to Footlocker, and also inside the Post Office.

Digital Printing Kiosk
Located on the Upper Mall you will find a Digital Printing Machine where you can download pictures from your camera or mobile phone to print out high quality photographs.

Payphones
You will find payphones on Albion Street, Merrion Street and Dortmund Square, which are the main entrances to St Johns.

Centre Management Suite
If you need any help or wish to discuss any aspect of our Centre, please call in at our Centre Management Suite located on the Upper Mall, next to Jumbo Records.

Lost Property
Please contact the Centre Management Team on (0113) 244 6315/6 to enquire about an item of property that has been lost.

Public Conveniences
Our public conveniences are located on the Upper Level of the Centre. You will also find baby changing facilities and a disabled WC. A charge of 20p is levied to ensure you always find these facilities of the highest standard.

First Aid Trained Staff
At St Johns we always have trained First Aid staff available on site, please see any member of St Johns staff if you require assistance.

Lost Children
With a lost child procedure in place, you can always be sure about receiving the highest standards of Customer Care at St Johns Centre.

To make your visit to St Johns as comfortable as possible we have provided all the facilities you would expect. Our domestic and security staff are always on hand to answer and question you may have.
